George has excellent strength and his bowling is improving everyday, once again down to the excellent work from his father, Steve Rhodes, more specifically, Assistant coach and bowling coach, Matt Mason and Strength and Conditioning coach, Ross Dewar. Both men do so much for the cricket club, and keep turning out top notch players. Rhodes scored his first century for the first team at Barnards Green, aged just 15 years old, scoring an unbeaten 108.
