Talented Chris Tyler, an exclusive Q&A.

Chris Tyler has been excellent for many years from his early days in EAW, when trainer Nick Ashberry gave him the tools to be a star, and he has been on top of his game. He had some brilliant matches at the end of 2014, with Tyler Bate. More excellent matches have come from here, most noteably with Ryan Smile, the two know how to put on a show. Having been lucky enough to follow Chris Tyler's career from when he was wrestling for a hot dog and handshake, to today, having performed with the WWE when they rolled into England. My first time watching Tyler, over four years ago, when he formed a quarter of the Revolution, stealing the show. He is a brilliant performer and he has a massive future ahead of him. His twitter name is @TalentedTylerUK, and talented is just the beginning. This week I managed to catch up with the promising star, and asked him a set of questions. When Chris is back from injury, he is going to be a must see talent, one that you must see.

Q1 - Who was your biggest inspiration to become a wrestler? It's hard to say that there was just one person who inspired me to wrestle so I'll cheat this one and give you a small list haha. At a very young age the person that gripped me into wrestling was Randy Orton. This was around 2007-2009. His look, promos and in ring work was just memorising. As I got older Chris Jericho and Shawn Michaels became my idols. I admire both there in ring work, especially Shawn's. To me Shawn Michaels is the best wrestler ever. Right now I'd say I enjoy watching Dolph Ziggler. His in ring work and his look are a big influence on me. On he independent scene I loved Davey Richards when in ROH. His hard hitting style is fantastic. On the British scene I really look up to Ryan Smile, Stixx and Joesph Connors, all are very talented and have helped me progress.

Q2 - Who's the best wrestler you have worked with? Best wrestler I've work with? That's a hard question. I think the person I've got the best chemistry with is Ryan Smile, every time we wrestle magic happens and we go to war. Q3 - I probably shouldn't say, but you've been my personal favourite wrestler since 2014 when I first saw you wrestle, but what is the dream? Haha, thank you very much I'm glad! To be honest recently I've suffered a couple of bad injuries and I've been focusing on other areas of my life so it's hard to say right now. I love wrestling, I always have and always will. Sometimes I drift away and my mind isn't 100% on it, but I think that's healthy and enjoy the other aspects of my life. But anyway.. the dream is to wrestle at Wrestlemania of course!!

Q4 - What would be a normal day/week in the day of Chris Tyler? Normal day in the life of Chris Tyler. I'm an acting student currently on my last year of "studying". It's great fun, however the days are long and tiring. Usually end up going to the gym followed by a swim. Normally cook a decent curry for dinner. Haha. It's hard to balance out the social life at university, wrestling, gym, family time and the actual uni work. I enjoy my life and love being busy. Q5 - What's been the hardest part of your career so far? The hardest part of my career so far.. I would say right now dealing with multiple injuries. However, last year towards the end I hit a wall and felt like I couldn't keep wrestling and didn't see a future there. Luckily I got the call from William Regal a few day later and my love came back!

Q6 - What is the proud moment for you so far? The proudest moment of my career so far was wrestling for WWE in Blackpool. The match was short and sweet. But the noise and atmosphere was unreal. I remember after the match Finn Balor approached me and shook my hand and said "Good job kid". Having my family in the audience was mega cool to, as they have always supported me throughout thick and thin. A brilliant set of answers from a brilliant wrestler who has had his praises sung by the phenomenal Finn Balor, a wrestler that has wrestled all around the world and knows what it takes to climb the mountain. For me, these are footsteps that Chris Tyler may one day follow, and make his ultimate dream come true. An outstanding performer, please continue to give Chris the huge amount of support you already do. We will be bringing you the dates on @__SportCentral and also follow Chris at @TalentedTylerUK.
