1, Who was your biggest inspiration to become a wrestler? I would say Taz, the guy has a similar build to myself and he was an absolute machine. 2, Who's the best wrestler you have worked with and why? I recently had the pleasure of wrestling "Dark Wolf" Matt Walters he is a ring general and took me to what people said was my best match ever. 3, What advise would you give to somebody that's wants to break into the business? Find a school, learn your craft, listen to your coaches and train your body. 4, You've wrestled at many venues, but where is the best? I would say the best venue I have worked in is The Brentwood theatre the atmosphere in there is electric. 5, Who would be your dream match be against? Also, if you could team with anyone, who would that be? I would love to work with "Strangler" James Davis he was my very first coach. I would love to tag with Maverick Mayhew, I would be the flippy one obviously lol. 6, What would be a normal day/week in the day of Ian Frost? It really depends on the day, I do long hours in day job as a baggage handler so I spend 12 hours of my day there sometimes. And if I am not there I am usually either in the gym or with my kids. 7, A great career to date and only going to get better, but what is the dream? I am a realist I am 35 years old and only been wrestling 3 years. My main goal is work consistently for Progress and ICW and occasionally do tours of the USA. 8, What's been the hardest part of your career so far? Overcoming injury. I separated my shoulder with sidelined me for 4 months and it sucked. 9, What is the proud moment for you so far? I would have to say making my hometown debut. I had been on shows for a year and had never performed in my hometown hearing the crowd cheer for really gave me a buzz.
